This specific space that was redesigned was a former open space next to a local brewery and new apartments and other mixed use buildings. This mixed use building includes retail and restaurants. The second and third floor has offices and residential apartments. and floors four through six have residential apartments. There is a public access green roof on the North West side and then a private residential green roof on the North East side and a private green roof on the south side. The plaza includes a open lawn, a dog park and an area for the public to enjoy boardgames.
